Third parties that may process personal data to run Receivly.

Always used

Vercel Inc. (United States company; functions run in Frankfurt, EU) — application hosting and delivery.

Neon / Databricks (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany) — managed PostgreSQL database and backups.

Resend (United States) — delivery of e-mails sent from Receivly (reminders, invitations, password resets), when e-mail sending is enabled.

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) — WhatsApp messages, only for workspaces that connect their own WhatsApp number.

Intuit (QuickBooks) and Xero — only for workspaces that connect them, to import invoices.

Stripe, Inc. (United States) — card payments and subscription management, for paid plans paid by card.

PayPal Holdings, Inc. and its affiliates — payments and subscription management, for paid plans paid with PayPal.

Lemon Squeezy (Stripe group) — payment processing and tax collection as merchant of record, for paid plans paid through it.

Anthropic PBC (United States) — AI assistant answers, only if the operator enables it; receives your question and a summary of the current workspace.

Google, Microsoft, Meta — only if you choose to sign in with them; they receive the sign-in request, we receive your name and email.
