No. Receivly focuses on collections. Import your invoices as CSV or enter them in seconds.
Are reminders sent automatically?
No, you stay in control: Receivly drafts the message, you review it, send it by email or WhatsApp, and it is logged in the history.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Each workspace is isolated at the database level (Row Level Security), on top of application checks.
What happens if something doesn’t work?
Open a ticket from Help & support: it goes straight to the Receivly team with the page concerned. You follow the reply in the app and get a notification. Maintenance and incidents are announced at the top of every page.
Is there an assistant to answer my questions?
Yes. The assistant answers from your workspace figures (outstanding, overdue, customers to watch, promises) and the help centre. It gives general information, not legal or tax advice.
