Refund and Cancellation Policy

Receivly is a monthly subscription. You can try it for free on the Starter plan before paying.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Settings › Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, then the workspace returns to the free plan; no data is deleted.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, except where the service was unavailable for a significant part of the period or where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask

Use the contact form (topic: pricing and subscriptions) or a support ticket with the email of your account. Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for plans paid by transfer.
